Who sells Pipeline Chief

Pipeline Chief is based at 5401 Collins Ave 1011, Miami Beach FL 33140, US. You can reach us at [email protected]. In these terms, "we" means Pipeline Chief and "you" means the person or company that buys.

By buying Pipeline Chief or using the kit, you agree to these terms.

What you buy

Pipeline Chief is a digital kit. It has prompts for three AI agents (Chief of Staff, Sales and Ops), templates, a CRM schema, a setup prompt and examples. Each tier adds the following.

• Basic ($149). All 3 agents, the set up prompt, and templates and skills.
• Pro ($399). Everything in Basic, plus online support.
• Concierge ($999). A 30-minute discovery call with our team, a custom built harness and AI system, and online support. We start the build after the discovery call, and we tell you the delivery date at that point.

Concierge includes one 30-minute discovery call with our team, booked after you buy. Basic and Pro don't include a call. Otherwise we give support by email only.

Payment

You pay once, in US dollars, when you buy. There is no subscription. Updates to the kit are included at no extra cost. Stripe processes the payment. Your bank may add currency or foreign transaction fees, and taxes may apply where you live.

All sales are final

We don't give refunds, returns or exchanges on any tier. That includes Basic, Pro and Concierge.

Pipeline Chief is a digital product. You get access to the full kit (private GitHub repo access plus a download) once you pay, and we can't take it back. When you buy, you ask for that immediate access and you accept that you give up any right to cancel or withdraw once access is available.

If you aren't sure which tier fits, or whether the kit works with your tools, email [email protected] before you pay. We'll answer.

We do fix two things.

• If Stripe charged you twice for the same order, we refund the extra charge.
• If your download link or repo access doesn't work, we fix it or send you a new one.

Email [email protected] with your order email and we'll sort it out.

Your license

When you pay, we give you a license to use the kit inside one company, yours. You can change the prompts and templates for your own use. You can't resell the kit, share it publicly, give it to another company or publish it as your own product. If you want to use it in more than one company, buy one license per company.

Tools you need

The kit runs in tools that other companies make, such as OpenAI, Claude, Grok Bot and Airtable. We officially support OpenAI (ChatGPT, Codex), Claude (Desktop, Code) and Grok Bot. Hermes and OpenClaw should work but are not officially supported. You need your own accounts with them. Their terms, prices and limits apply to you, and they can change their products at any time. We don't control those tools, and we aren't responsible when they change or stop working.

What you are responsible for

The agents write drafts. They never send an email or spend money on their own. You read each draft and decide what to send. You are responsible for the emails you send and the data you put in your CRM. That includes following the email and privacy laws that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM in the US or GDPR in Europe.

AI tools can get facts wrong. Check names, numbers and claims before you send anything.

No promise of results

Pipeline Chief helps you do sales work faster. We don't promise any number of leads, meetings, deals or revenue.

No warranty

We provide the kit "as is". We don't give any warranty beyond what the law requires, including any warranty that the kit fits a particular purpose or works without errors.

Limit on our liability

Our total liability to you for anything related to Pipeline Chief is limited to the amount you paid us. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages. Some places don't allow these limits. If you live in one of them, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force on the day you bought apply to that purchase.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Florida, USA govern these terms. If the law where you live gives you rights that a contract can't remove, these terms don't remove them.
